Nadezhda N. Kiselyova

leader of Group of Application of Information Technologies to Materials Science and Head of Laboratory of Semiconducting Materials, Doctor of Chemical Sciences.

She has graduated from the Chemical Department of M.V.Lomonosov Moscow State University in 1971. After post-graduate studentship of Moscow University she worked in Research&Development Institute of Materials Science of Zelenograd Scientific Centre in 1974-1976. In 1975 she had defended the PhD dissertation "Prediction of formation of chemical compounds with application of cybernetic methods". In 2004 she has defended the dissertation of Doctor of Chemical Sciences "Computer-aided design of inorganic compounds promising for application to electronics with the use of databases and artificial intelligence methods". Since 1976 she works in IMET RAS. She is an author of more than 100 scientific articles and two monographs.

Fields of scientific interests: databases on properties of inorganic substances and materials, computer design of new inorganic materials on the basis of use of the information of databases and methods of artificial intelligence, Internet-technology.
